Our Most Requested Service
The annual service every home needs. Prevent fires, lower your energy bill, and add years to your dryer's life โ all in under 90 minutes.
Annual Home Service
Dryer vents accumulate lint with every single load โ even if you clean the lint trap religiously. After a year of normal use, most dryer vents are 60-80% clogged with lint buildup that the lint trap doesn't catch. That buildup is the #1 cause of home laundry fires, slows your dryer dramatically, and can shorten the lifespan of an expensive appliance by years.
Our certified technicians perform a complete dryer vent cleaning from the back of the dryer all the way to the exterior vent cap. We use professional rotary brush systems combined with high-velocity airflow to extract every bit of lint โ not just push it around.

Warning Signs
Any one of these is reason enough to schedule a cleaning. Two or more means it's urgent.
Clothes need more than one cycle to dry, or feel damp after a "normal" cycle. This is the most common early warning sign.
The dryer or laundry room feels noticeably hot during a cycle. Heat that can't escape through the vent goes into the room โ and into the dryer's motor.
A burning or "hot lint" smell when the dryer is running. This is lint inside the dryer or vent overheating โ stop using the dryer until cleaned.
Lint accumulating around the dryer door, behind the dryer, or near the exterior vent. Excess lint in these places means buildup inside the system.
Common Questions
Annual cleaning is the standard recommendation for most homes. Larger households (4+ people), pet owners (especially long-haired dogs), and homes with long vent runs (over 25 feet, or with multiple bends) should clean every 6-9 months. The CSIA and most major dryer manufacturers recommend at least annual cleaning to maintain warranty coverage on the dryer.
You can โ but the consumer kits only reach 6-10 feet of the vent run and don't have the airflow to extract heavy buildup. Most clogs happen in the middle of long runs or at bends. Our professional equipment reaches the full vent length with proper rotary brushes and 4,000+ CFM airflow extraction. For a once-a-year service, hiring a pro pays for itself in catching damage you'd miss.
We service both. Gas dryers actually need cleaning more diligently than electric because a restricted vent can lead to carbon monoxide buildup in the laundry room. Same process either way โ we just verify gas connections are secure when we move the dryer.
You need to let us in and walk us to the dryer at the start, and we recommend being there for the final walkthrough to see the before/after photos. The middle 60 minutes you don't need to supervise โ we work cleanly and won't bother you. Many customers let us in, work from home, and we knock when it's time for the recap.
We photograph everything we find and explain what we see. If there's a code issue (vent ending in attic, foil ducting that should be metal, crushed sections) we give you a written quote to fix it separately. We don't pressure you to upgrade โ many issues are minor and just informational.
Yes. Our Annual Service Plan locks in your pricing for repeat customers and includes a reminder call when it's time. We also offer multi-home discounts if you book several neighbors at once.
